Digital Product Usage & Limited License Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Moto Media Labs ("Licensor"), and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the digital product.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants the Licensee a lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the [Canva Template for Five Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Motorcycle Class] for personal or business purposes in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. Restrictions on Use
The Licensee may not:
- Share the template with any other motorcycle training school or third party.
- Resell, modify, or use the template for resale purposes.
3. License Term
The license granted hereunder is perpetual, meaning it lasts for the lifetime of the Licensee.
4. Violation and Penalties
If the Licensee violates any of the terms of this Agreement, they agree to pay a fine equal to the amount that would have been paid by the school(s) the Licensee shared the template with.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the template.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
