Digital Product Usage & Limited License Agreement

Ownership

Any and all materials, whether paid or free, that you access from Moto Media Labs or any related domains are the sole property of Moto Media Labs.

All content is protected intellectual property and is provided to you under a limited license only. No ownership rights are transferred.

License Grant

When you access or download our digital guide, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

In plain English, this means:

• Limited: You are only allowed to use the guide in the specific ways described below.
• Non-transferable: You may not share, gift, assign, or transfer this guide to anyone else.
• Non-exclusive: Moto Media Labs may license or sell this guide to others.
• Revocable: Moto Media Labs may revoke your access if you violate the terms of this agreement.
• Non-commercial use only: You may not use this guide to make money or for business-related, revenue-generating purposes.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and print the guide for personal, non-commercial use

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

Unauthorized Use & License Violations

If your use of the guide exceeds the scope of this license, Moto Media Labs reserves the right to invoice you for additional license(s) based on the scope of the unauthorized use.

Upon notice, your access to the guide may be temporarily revoked until payment is received. If payment is not remitted within the specified timeframe, Moto Media Labs reserves the right to permanently revoke access and pursue additional remedies as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Moto Media Labs. Nothing in this agreement grants you any ownership interest in the guide or related materials.
